We coordinated HCL’s Christmas celebration, planning and executing every detail. We handled the logistics, including venue setup, decoration, and technical arrangements for coherent presentations and entertainment. By working closely with HCL’s team and getting an idea of their needs, we ensured that the event ran smoothly from start to finish, creating a memorable experience for all attendees.
