Financial Freedom Festival – PropTree Mela 2.0

Matrix Entertainment delivered full technical and production management for the “Financial Freedom Festival – PropTree Mela 2.0” organized by MoneyTree Realty, creating a premium stage experience inspired by the tricolour Independence Day theme. The setup transformed the ballroom into a high-impact expo arena, featuring a long red-carpet stage, LED backdrop, and floral-lined runway that warmly welcomed guests and speakers alike.

 

Scope of Work

  • Stage Design & Decor: Conceptualized and executed the complete stage design, including riser layout, backdrop composition, and décor reflecting the event branding and national colours.

  • Audio Management: Provided a professional sound system with wired and wireless microphones, console mixing, and optimized speaker placement to ensure clear audio coverage across the hall.

  • Lighting Design: Designed and operated intelligent lighting and wash lights to highlight the LED wall, side branding panels, and speaker area, creating visually striking photographs and an immersive live experience.

  • LED Backdrop & Visuals: Installed and managed the LED backdrop screen to display the event identity, partner logos, and thematic visuals such as “Financial Freedom Festival” and “PropTree Mela 2.0” throughout the program.

  • Technical Crew Management: Deployed an experienced on-ground technical crew to monitor audio, lighting, and screen content in real-time, ensuring smooth transitions between sessions.

  • Delivered a visually cohesive stage that clearly communicated the festival’s message of financial freedom while celebrating Independence Day.

  1. I wonder if there’s any reason why the same can’t be said for simply staying up later? If it’s about time to do nothing, or to exercise, or to be bored, you would assume the same can be achieved at 1am when you haven’t slept yet as it can at 5am when you’ve just gotten up.
